Running Facebook Group Ads

  • Liana started a campaign to test and lower the Cost Per Action (CPA).

  • If the campaign was evergreen (ongoing), they would keep it running.

  • After each ad reached a thousand people, they would identify the successful and unsuccessful ads.

  • They would then take the successful ad that has the best combination of headline, primary text, and image.

  • More images and videos would be created based on the successful ad.

  • The ad set would be duplicated to test the creativity of the new ads.

  • The testing would be done using the winning combination from the previous ads.

  • Over time, Liana knows that one image would get old, so they would create different images and videos.

  • The new images and videos would be based on the message of the campaign and would likely include pictures of the leaders.

  • She tests different variations of the images and videos to see what works best.

  • The process would start over, testing new creatives, but this time with strong primary text and strong headlines.
