Disabled Accounts on Meta! Has This Happened To You?
Liana’s Meta ad account was disabled.
A pop-up message appeared when she logged into her account.
The message stated that the account was disabled to protect personal and financial information.
Liana inferred that the issue was not due to a policy violation, but possibly due to suspicious activity.
Liana suspected that someone might be trying to hack into their account.
There was unusual activity with Liana’s credit card, which led them to believe it was a financial issue.
Liana clicked “request review” and selected the ad account they wanted to review.
A dialogue box appeared that was relevant to their situation (in this case, finance).
Liana filled out the information in the dialogue box and is now waiting for a response.
